1. Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. In-stock items usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where available.
2. Rates & free shipping
- Flat-rate standard shipping is calculated at checkout in USD.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60 (before tax), shipped within the contiguous US.
- Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
3. Delivery times
- US standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.
4. Global shipping, duties & taxes
We ship worldwide except to restricted destinations (below). For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibilityand are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your country's rules before ordering.
5. Bladed-tool rules (utility / craft knives)
Bladed craft tools (such as our Utility Knife & Blade Pack) are sold for craft, hobby and repair use only and carry extra requirements:
- 18+ only. You must confirm you are at least 18 to order.
- Some shipments may require an adult signature on delivery.
- You are responsible for ensuring the item is legal to receive at your address.
- Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
6. Restricted destinations
Knife and blade laws vary widely. We do not ship bladed tools to jurisdictions where they are restricted, including but not limited to:
- United States: New York City and any locality that restricts the sale or receipt of utility knives or blades.
- International: destinations with strict knife-import controls (for example certain shipments to the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia) may be limited, require age verification, or be undeliverable.
If you place a bladed-tool order to a restricted destination, we will cancel and refund that item. Non-bladed tools are unaffected.
7. Tracking, lost & damaged parcels
If your tracking stalls, or a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support@leenpro.shopwithin 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
