The agreement between you and LEEN PRODUCTS LLC when you use this site or place an order.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leenpro.shop(the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & their nature

Leenpro sells DIY hand tools and hardware kits for home repair, crafting, hobby and trade use. Any bladed item we sell — such as a utility or craft knife — is a tool intended for craft, hobby, packaging and repair use only. It is not a weapon and must not be used or represented as one. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in finish, color and included hardware may occur.

3. What we don't sell

To keep our catalog safe and lawful, we do not sell:

  • Powered or electric tools
  • Gas-powered or fuel tools
  • Lithium-battery power tools
  • Flammable or combustible liquids
  • Switchblades, automatic, gravity or butterfly knives
  • Disguised knives or any weapon-grade blades

4. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase bladed tools, and old enough to form a binding contract to purchase any item. By placing an order you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Your purchase, ownership and intended use of the items are lawful in your country, state and city. Knife and blade laws vary by jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for compliance.
  • You will keep sharp tools away from children and use them only for their intended craft, hobby or repair purpose, with appropriate care and protective equipment.

We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe is unlawful in the destination, or that violates these Terms. See our Shipping Policy for restricted destinations.

5. Orders & pricing

  • All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
  • Free standard shipping applies to orders over $60 (before tax).
  • An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we confirm acceptance by email when your order ships.
  • We work to keep pricing and stock accurate. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the affected item.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Card and statement charges from this store appear as "LEENPRO TOOLS". By paying, you authorize the charge for the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and shipping.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery, restricted destinations, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms. In short: unopened items may be returned within 14 days; for hygiene and safety reasons, opened blade products cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual property

The Leenpro name, logo, site content, product photography and copy are owned by LEEN PRODUCTS LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. We respect the trademarks of other tool makers and do not sell counterfeit or brand-imitation tools; all products are our own Leenpro-branded goods.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Tools are supplied for their intended craft, hobby and repair use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEEN PRODUCTS LLC is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use that does not follow the safety guidance supplied with the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
